Are you looking to strengthen your appeals practice? Do you want to learn more about the basics of eviction appeals process? Attorneys interested in arguing evictions appeals on behalf of low-income tenants are invited to attend this complimentary CLE that will cover eviction procedures, eviction defenses and offer practical tips and considerations from the Appellate Bench.
