This course is designed to prepare attorneys to provide much-needed legal representation to Chapter 7 debtors.
This program is appropriate for attorneys and attorneys/paralegal teams(paralegals must attend with and attorney). Attorneys must be admitted to practice before the highest curt of any state and must be will to file a certificated saying that the attorney is providing representation without compensation.
Training participants must attend BOTh sessions.
