Philadelphia Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Project Training

Philadelphia VIP will host a CLE training program on how to handle a case in the Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Project, the mandatory negotiation program operated by the First Judicial District, on Friday, April 16, 2010 from 9:00 a.m.to12:30 p.m.

The event will be held at PECO/Exelon, 2301 Market Street, Philadelphia. A free continental breakfast will be served from 8:30am-9:00am.

  • CLE Credit Comments: Volunteers will receive one free CLE credit for each hour of course work attended (a total of three (3) free CLE credits are available) in exchange for representing two different clients at one or more mortgage foreclosure conciliation conferences on a continuing basis until the attempted negotiation is resolved, or in exchange for volunteering as an on-call attorney at three different conciliation conference half-day sessions. Volunteer work must be completed within six months of the training program.
