The Family Justice Center Alliance invites you to the International Family Justice Center Conference, highlighting promising practices and emerging issues in the rapidly evolving national and international movement toward Family Justice Centers and other approaches to co-located, multidisciplinary services for victims of family violence and their children. The three-day conference will include discussions on issues related to the handling of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and elder abuse cases in the context of the Family Justice Center model. Workshops will profile Family Justice Centers in rural, suburban, and metropolitan communities. The conference will include reports from successful and struggling Family Justice Center communities, including lessons learned from communities pursuing co-located services for victims using a variety of co-location models. There will also be subject matter training for family violence professionals handling caseloads in a variety of disciplines.
