Individuals who are HIV positive often find that the privacy of their status is regularly over-looked by health care workers, social workers, and others who inadvertently disclose their HIV/AIDS status. The disclosure is often emotionally devastating and financially disastrous. This program will discuss levels of
legal protection that safeguard the confidentiality of HIV-related information.

Training will be held at Reed Smith LLP, 2 Embarcadero Center #2000, San Francisco, CA 94111. To register or for questions, please contact Diana Camacho, Volunteer Coordinator, 415-701-1200 ext. 303, diana@alrp.org.

All current ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP's free MCLE trainings. Attorneys in the private sector attending ALRP's free MCLE trainings who are not currently members of ALRP are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year.
