Basic substantive and procedural law and advocacy strategies needed to litigate child custody proceedings involving indigent or low income D.C. families. Appropriate for attorneys and attorney/paralegal teams. Training participants must agree to accept two pro bono referrals from at least one of the sponsoring organizations. Fee: $25 for attorneys; $15 for paralegals.
