This course will cover an overview of the laws and regulations governing Mitchell Lama rental projects. It will include the laws covering current Mitchell Lamas, Mitchell Lama's at risk for buy outs and post Mitchell Lama projects. A survey of the recent court cases and strategies will be covered.
