The program is funded by the Office on Violence Against Women and is open to attorneys and advocates whose agencies are LAV grantees. The program will cover case planning, witness examination, introduction and use of exhibits and persuasive argument. Participants receive the tools they need to effectively represent clients who are domestic violence victims in a wide variety of court proceedings.
