This will be a "nuts and bolts" presentation of Landlord and Tenant Law, with a special emphasis on local practice. The speakers include experienced practitioners with backgrounds in both landlord and tenant issues, as well as a "View from the Bench" by a General District Court Judge. This program is designed to provide opportunities for "hands on" pro bono work in conjunction with Legal Services of Northern Virginia, allowing the lawyer to gain valuable experience under the supervision of experienced staff.
  • CLE Credit Comments: 3 MCLE Credits (pending) FREE in exchange for 3 intake sessions and corresponding cases during the next year in conjunction with Legal Services of Northern Virginia.
