This training will review the basics of Long Term Care Medi-Cal, including resource and assets limits, California's Medi-Cal Recovery, and the impact of the recent budget changes.

Transfer and Discharge Issues in Long-Term Care Facilities
This webinar will cover the legal standards regarding evictions from nursing homes and RCFEs, with particular attention to bed-holds, the ability of residents to return to their nursing home following a hospitalization and the rights of patients to refuse a discharge from a hospital

CEU Credits

One hour of CEU credit is available for each session. Continuing Education Credit: Board of Behavioral Sciences, C.E.U. Provider No. 1156 for L.C.S.W. and M.F.C.C. Licensure. In order to receive your CEUs, you MUST enter your license number in the registration form.
Confirmation

All registered attendees will receive a confirmation email from Accuconference after registration. In addition, CANHR will send a reminder email the day before the webinar with specific instructions on how to attend the webinars, along with the access number and a unique access code.
Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received by CANHR through email at deborah@canhr.org at least 24 hours prior to the training for which you are registered. Cancellations received after that time will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be given to those who register but do not attend the training.
