The Torrance Self Help Legal Access Center provides legal information to self represented litigants in selected matters, including eviction and family law. The Center is located in the Torrance Courthouse at 825 Maple Ave., Torrance, Ca. in Room 160, and is open Monday though Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
