Beyond the Bench, our annual multidisciplinary conference on juvenile dependency and juvenile justice, will be held December 17-18 at the San Diego Marriott. In response to the current economic downturn and the related stresses on individuals, families and children, this year's Beyond the Bench will also offer topics of interest for a wider range of court and partner professionals engaged in family law, domestic violence, collaborative justice, probate and mental health proceedings, and self-help efforts.
