CaliforniaProBono.org exists to support the California pro bono community, including pro bono volunteers, legal service organizations, and clients seeking legal assistance. It is a project of the Public Interest Clearinghouse, Pro Bono Net, and pro bono programs at legal services providers.

CaliforniaProBono.org offers a statewide training calendar for pro bono volunteers, a news and alerts section, and the Pro Bono Programs Guide, a searchable database of pro bono projects and opportunities around the state.

This site also serves to link pro bono volunteers to regional pro bono websites in California, to link legal services staff to CALegalAdvocates.org, and to members of the public seeking legal assistance to LawHelpCalifornia.org.
