Welcome
Pro bono net Australia is designed to support information exchange between pro bono lawyers, staff of community legal organisations and others providing free legal services. It is based on the successful US based ProBono.net used by over 15,000 people.
Practice Areas
Aside from this page, Pro Bono Net Australia works through practice areas. You should join a practice area(s) relevant to your work.
Join a Practice Area?
Join a practice area by filling out the registration form. Once admitted, there are tons of resources for volunteer lawyers, law students and legal aid lawyers. These include:
* News
* Libraries of helpful materials
* Training calendars
* Contact information
See our privacy policy in the menu bar to the left.
Civil Justice Practice Area
The civil justice practice area is available for any other area of law. Further information coming soon.
Help
If you can't find what you're looking for, click on the Help link on any page, or send an email to info@nationalprobono.org.au
Future Development
We hope to develop practice areas in other areas. To do so we need a public interest organisation with expertise in the relevant area. Areas such as domestic violence, consumer credit or housing law are potential topics for future practice areas. Please contact us with your ideas: info@nationalprobono.org.au
