The R.O.C., Inc. (Reaching Our City), located on 10th Street between Council and Rockwell. It has several programs that serve low-income families in the Greenvale Community. The programs include a Food Pantry, Medical Clinic, Resale Shop, Child Development Center, Dental Clinic, Counseling Center, and a United Families Program. The United Families Program includes Seminars, an Apartment Outreach, and the Legal Aid Clinic.

The Legal Aid Clinic advises people about civil legal issues who are in the country with proper documentation or a U.S. citizen and are low-income. The attorneys volunteer one afternoon (about 2 hours) every month to meet with clients and answer questions, give referrals, or give legal advice or information.
