Bankruptcy, Consumer, Child Custody, Domestic Violence, Guardianship defense, Social Security Disability/SSI, Landlord/Tenant, JAG's, Habeus Corpus, QDROs. All cases are screened by Utah Legal Services, clients have incomes that are under 125% of the federal poverty level.
Malpractice Insurance for Volunteer Lawyers: Only for volunteers at Tuesday Night Bar and Senior Center Legal Clinics.
